Return Policy:


Because your satisfaction is our goal,

We are keen to provide better customer service, you can simply return the product if it turns out that there is a manufacturing defect in the product. All you need is to contact customer service within a maximum period of 3 days from the date you received the product.


 Terms of returning the product:


 We offer a return policy that enables you to return the product within 3 days of receiving it. Please note that the following conditions must be met to successfully process the return request!


 There must be a manufacturer defect or defect in the product

  The product can be returned within 3 days only from the date of receipt

  The product must be in its original unopened packaging

It must not have been used and must be tightly closed as it was

 Who bears the return costs?

 If you receive a product other than the one you ordered or there is a manufacturing defect, we will cover the shipping and return costs


 How do I get the money back?

 If the payment was made by credit card, the amount you paid will be returned to the card that was used. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the value to appear in your bank account from the date we refunded the value.

 In the event the payment was made by transferring the amount to our bank accounts, we will contact you to provide us with the bank information to transfer the amount
